Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide a smooth and timely shipping experience for all our customers. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle your orders.

1. Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped on Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation (if applicable).

2. Shipping Methods:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Trinidad and Tobago):
    We offer a range of shipping options within Trinidad primarily with an external courier service and  including local delivery service TTPOST. Shipping times vary depending on the method chosen at checkout.

  • TTPOST Shipping can take 3-5 business days and does not accept cash on delivery, please choose bank transfer as your payment option for this shipping method.You will receive an email or WhatsApp with your ttpost  tracking number once your item has been shippped.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic Shipping:
    Shipping via the external courier services varies based on area and can be selected at check out. These cost vary from $40-$65.

  • TTPOST Shipping:
  • Shipping via this method cost $35

4. Delivery Times:

  • Local (Domestic) Delivery:
    Orders within Trinidad will generally be delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.

5. Tracking Your Order:

  • Tracking numbers are only available for orders being delivered via TTpost .

6. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship to Tobago via TTPOST.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • We take great care in packaging your items. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at 1868 707-7539. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

9. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
